Dock Shelters & Equipment
Dock Shelters
Dock shelters and seals are essential for protecting goods during loading and unloading operations. They provide a secure barrier against harsh weather, helping to maintain indoor temperatures — keeping cold out of heated spaces and heat out of cold storage areas — leading to significant energy savings. When paired with a dock leveller, they eliminate the need for complex canopy structures and ramp systems, streamlining the loading bay setup.
Available in two primary styles — flap models and inflatable seals — dock shelters offer a cost-effective solution tailored to different operational needs. For standard loading activities, shelters equipped with link arms are highly effective. The side and top flaps are crafted from double-layered, 3 mm thick polyester monofilament fabric, coated with durable UPVC on both sides for extended durability and performance.
Accessories for Loading Docks
Complete loading solutions require more than just levellers and shelters — efficient and safe operations depend heavily on the right accessories. A well-equipped loading bay not only boosts workflow but also minimizes risks and costly damage. A variety of essential accessories are available to enhance performance and safety during loading and unloading:

Dock Buffers
Dock buffers absorb the impact when vehicles back into loading docks, protecting both the building structure and vehicles. Available in various shapes and sizes, buffers made from high-resilience polyurethane offer a significantly longer lifespan compared to traditional materials.

Wheel Guides
Wheel guides help drivers align vehicles accurately when approaching the loading bay. They ensure straight docking, preventing collisions with dock shelters, ramps, and vehicles, while improving the seal efficiency. Options are available in both straight and curved designs to suit different site layouts.

Warning Lights / Signal Systems
Visual signal systems provide clear instructions to drivers, indicating when it is safe to dock, load, or exit. They play a crucial role in preventing accidents and improving traffic flow around loading zones.

Wheel Chocks
Wheel chocks ensure stationary positioning of trucks during loading operations, preventing unintentional movement caused by the forces of forklift traffic.

Dock Lights
Dock lights provide bright, focused illumination inside trailers and around the dockarea, creating a safer and more visible working environment. Energy-efficient LED options offer reliable performance with low power consumption.

Protection Bollards
Protection bollards safeguard structures and equipment from accidental vehicle impacts. Installed outdoors, they shield loading docks, ramps, and shelters; indoors,
they protect door frames and other vulnerable areas from forklift collisions.
